    Our customer service staff should be able to interact with customers and immediately see the context of the problem or question. Thus, they need thorough knowledge of the customer's financial product or services, so that they can propose quick solutions for Standard Finance customers. If our clients' issues cannot be handled by our agents, they must be able to escalate the issue to the appropriate internal Standard finance team and then regularly follow up with them for updates. The customer service staff must take ownership of our customers' issues and be the point of contact for all issues related to troubleshooting, expected time to resolution and updates on the issue.
