PLACE: AFRICA
The African Development Bank estimates that Africa needs 3.3 million affordable housing units per year to keep up with population growth. However, only a fraction of this number is being built each year, leading to a significant housing deficit. The shortage of affordable housing is a global issue that affects millions of people. However, the solution to this problem is not just about building more houses. It is also about building sustainable communities that provide people with safe, healthy, and comfortable homes that meet their needs without compromising the needs of future generations.
PLACE: IRAQ
Iraq needs more than 3 million homes to meet the natural population growth, to accommodate many Iraqi refugees back home and to repair the damage caused by 30 years of war. It is not an easy place to start a project, but together with the Iraq Dutch Group and with our future Iraqi counterparts and the help of the Dutch Embassy in Baghdad and assistance from the Minister for the Marshes, HE Dr Hassan Al Sari, we shipped 2 containers to Amara.
other house models
Another house models that can be built with the same method and factory. Our building is an environmentally friendly, cheap, energy-saving, low greenhouse gas emissions, healthy, safe, strong, better, low-maintenance and high-quality building suitable for all climates and all cultures and suitable on a global level. In essence, the SYSTEM is a new innovative way to build homes and buildings by introducing an already existing material. EPS (Expanded polystyrene SE 100) as a full-fledged building material for only the exterior walls of the building, which can significantly replace the current use of bricks, stones, cement, steel, concrete and wood. The intrinsic properties of this innovation allow homes to be built faster, simpler, better and cheaper. It fits into all existing building frames (wood, concrete, steel). We also build internationally, Africa, Iraq and Haiti
